Speaker forms

It is also possible to let speakers fill in forms, making use of the speaker dashboard. For example, this can be usefull for information about what kind of resources are needed by the speaker or dietary preferences.

A form for speakers, just like normal forms, can be created within 'Forms' under 'Configuration'.

Creating a form

In contrast to normal forms, when clicking on 'Create' to create the form, 'New speaker form' needs to be selected instead of 'Members' in order to create a speaker form.

After this, it is needed to add a title and it is possible to add an introduction to the form. It is then also possible to select if the form is a prerequisite form, if the information should be updated or if the form should create a new record and it is possible to make the form available for a certain period.

Creating fields
