Speakers organization
After the speakers are added, it is likely that you would require some information from the speakers or need to communicate with them. With the Program module, it is possible to send mails to the speakers and thus give them access to the speaker dashboard. In the speaker dashboard it is then possible for speakers to communicate their preferences and fill in forms. It is also possible to set up export sets, which decide what information of the participants a speaker can download. The explanation of this will be split in to four parts:
